Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReportGen ("Service"), operated by Forinset OÜ ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account and Usage Restrictions

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits. Creating multiple accounts for the same person or organisation to obtain additional free-tier access is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

3. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of all files you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a limited licence to process their content solely to provide the Service (i.e. to generate the documents you request).

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any applicable law or third-party rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Contains unlawful personal data you are not authorised to process

Files are automatically deleted according to your plan limits. We are not liable for any loss of uploaded files or generated reports.

4. AI-Generated Content

Reports are generated using AI models. AI output may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content before use. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated reports.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the Service's source code
• Circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or security measures
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service in a way that harms its availability or performance
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and templates, is owned by Forinset OÜ. You retain ownership of your uploaded files and generated reports. You grant us a limited licence to process your content to provide the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your uploaded files and reports will be deleted within a reasonable period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forinset OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business, or revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
